Hi there, I've been looking for a guide on how to do that, on the forum for the best of an hour now, and i did not find anything about it. So i tried my luck on getting the Supercarrier-template from Caucasus over to the South Atlantic Map and low and behold, it worked!

Here's how i did it, may come in handy for somebody else (if there is already a Tutorial on how to do it, please delete :))

1. Find out the loading name of the Map you want to port to (f.e. South Atlantic's loading names is "Falklands" as shown below the loading bar when starting a mission)

2. Find the template you want to port to another map (C:/User/**YOUR NAME**/Saved Games/DCS/StaticTemplate)

3. Copy the template and rename as needed (if this step skipped the template will be moved over completely and will be unaccessible on the origin-map)

4. open the copy in Notepad and scroll all the way down.

5. you will find the line: ---  ["theatre"] = "ORIGIN-MAP-LOAD-NAME", --- third last line in the file.  Replace ORIGIN-MAP-LOAD-NAME with the load name of the map you want to use the template on.

and now you should be good to go.

I hope this will be of some use🙂
