Any way to speed up the bearing selector on the HSI?

I'm doing a lot of navigation with the TACAN offset. It's an awesome system, but rotating the bearing selector takes forever if it's more than just a few degrees... Is there any way to speed it up? Thanks!

I almost broke my virpil knobs. Despite all the tricks the virpil setup has I couldnt do a satisfactory one that sped up the process. I ended up binding one "up" and "down" keys on a extra keypad I have.
Now I press it down till I get the aprox number I want. Not quite yet but better.

I zoom out first  & look down, I use my mouse to scroll and look up so as I drag up.... 🙄

Thanks for the tip, T-Stoff. I mapped the up and down keys to the hat switch (SHIFT + HAT UP, and SHIFT + HAT DOWN) and it works pretty well. It's much faster to get to the rough number, and then it's pretty easy to just use the mouse to fine tune it.
