Spare part Warthog stick. I need help.

Hello friends, I need to find how to get this piece of the Warthog stick, the magnet broke and since it did not fit exactly in its place, after gluing it, I have more dead travel at the ends of the stick (mainly in the down pitch axis). When I pull down the stick, the little cross on Game Controllers starts to go down but there comes a time when the cross touches the bottom of the box and the stick still has some travel down. It doesn't matter if you calibrate the remote or not, the behavior is the same. In the rest of the axes it does not happen to me, except when I roll to the left, where the same thing happens to me but with less dead zone.

I dedicate myself to repairs and I have tried to get Thrustmaster to sell me the part, but THEY DO NOT SELL IT, they tell me that they will repair it but the repair prices are almost like buying a new base, I also prefer to repair it myself. 

If anyone can tell me how to get that part, I would appreciate it.

That's part of the stock joystick base? I have a new (~1 hour use) base that I replaced with a VPC WarBRD base sitting in a box, if you are in the EU I would just ask shipping costs but will not ship outside the EU (customs)..

Yes, exactly, it is the base of the gimbal, on one side the stick is attached and on the other it has the magnet that acts with the Hal sensor.  I live in EU, Spain.
