It should be unassembled SAM equipment right next to the load. Have you got a Tacview file of the flight, this would be really useful to check out the flight and find the reason why you have not got the next message. The mission should proceed once both the designated targets are dead. Lastly are you running any mods. These can impact mission scripting in strange ways. All DLC campaigns should be played without mods as that is how they are written and tested.
