Nav mode not properly working after full INS alignment

Hi, 

I am struggling with the nav mode currently. After full INS alignment, ie quality of 10 and switching to Nav. before I start the alignment I do enter the Long Lat and Elevation on the INS DED page and hit Enter, I cant get the waypoint distance to show on the HUD and on the mini HSI I continue to see the red ribbons in NAV (they disappear in Tacan) 

I repeated this several times and repeated startup procedures to the letter. Is this an issue with the latest beta? or am I doing something wrong?

found the issue. the confirmation of the initial coordinates must be done AFTER the INS alignment starts, not before
