MadKreator Posted February 20, 2023 Posted February 20, 2023 Would like to see the Multiplayer IC system re-worked to exclude anything to do with exported viewports, mfd’s, gauges, anything in viewporthandling.lua etc. Example—- I hop in a server( non pure scripts enabled) it lets me in and fly using helios as long as I want. Hop out to switch server to go to a different one and all of the gauge exports fail IC until I restart the game. Also happens when playing single player first and then trying to go into MP. All exports get flagged until game restart. I know the need for IC to prevent mods to weapons, flight dynamics etc to prevent cheaters, but viewports and gauges? Come on! Since I have mfd’s exported, I like to turn them off on the in-game cockpit by commenting out a line in the viewporthandling.lua, that fails IC immediately.. hardly a cheat..also prevents the dreaded overwhelmingly bright mfd’s at night when using exported displays(which don't follow the same lighting/brightness as the in-game ones).
