solved KA-50 III cockpit view constantly resets to ultimate zoom in

When i start KA-50 III simulator i always appear in cockpit literally touching control panel with my nose. Whenever i try to zoom out with Num-/ after several seconds the view goes back to ultimate zoom in position which makes the game useless.

KA-50 II does not have this kind of problem on the other hand some other simulators also have this problem e.g. A-10C which used to work properly in the past

Is there a way to fix that?

I had the exact same problem with using anything as a zoom function. Only thing that works for me, is to use the collective throttle to zoom In and out. Buttons and switches don't work.

Check your axis bindings, you likely have a stick or throttle assigned to the zoom.

Your BS2 does not have this issue since it has own copy of bindings.

indeed! by some reason Zoom was mapped to JOY_SLIDER1 on my Throttle Warthog. Once i cleared this mapping things got back to normal
