The Su-25T doesn't have any sort of data link, but there is special technique for better controlling flight members. If you lock a target with your Shkval, you will enable the radio menu option "Flight..Engage..My Target."

This doesn't work for the Hind, but it would be cool if it did. My proposal is that you can select a target with Petrovich AI, who will aim the sight. With this target chosen, you will use the radio menu to assign it to your chosen flight member. After acknowledgement "Roger," you can change targets for your own engagement.
