So, be sure to check if your system has rebar on by default or not. Looks like some but not all games gained a few fps with rebar off. Guess this will have to be a part of setting up a game. Rebar on, check results. Rebar off, check results. Edit: I'd be curious to see if AMD Smart access Memory can do the same in some games. I think its the games themselves.
