I have purchased tobii eye tracker and works so well in MSFS. I have DCS Open Beta and trying to get tobii to run ( flying f18) is a struggle, actually non exisitent at the moment!

Its the Non-steam version DCS (Open Beta)

I run tobii Game hum in Admin mode

I run tobii Game experience in Admin mode

I have changed the DCS Openbeta folder name to DCS World

Ive refreshed tobii game hub so it see 'DCS World' folder

As soon as I start up DCS, i get 'Unable to track game window' in Tobi game.

In game not working. ANy advise to get this hardware working with DCS openbeta?

I had mine running and then all of a sudden it stopped. But to initially get it running I just copied the Headtracker.dll file from the latest version of the game hub and put it in the DCS/bin folder. It ran fine like that until today. I am also running Game Hub as admin but I am not running the beta version of dcs.
The second thing I did was go into Task Manager and anywhere I saw Tobii I right clicked on it and told it to End Process. Two of them will pop back up and that's fine. I think there were four instances that I had to sop in task manager. Once I did that I opened DCS and I didn't see the message Unable to track Game window.
I hope this helps!

Tried every solution offered on  various forums...  Myu DCS open beta 2.9 works fine with no issues I also have FC3 ... . Tobii installed as per the instructions linked to DCS  but not working ..  DCS just does not see it at all. Looks like Tobii will have to go back to Sweden then, unless someone has another fix/fudge/tweek that I have not seen yet.

Make certain the DLL is copied into DCS as per instructions.

Launch Tobii Experience and Game Hub as administrator, before starting the game.   That's what makes it work for me.

I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda

Have done all that. Even have the DLL in both the regular bin and bin-mt folders, still nothing. Eye and head tracking works flawless in other titles (19 others I own that can use it) though just not DCS. Guess its back to my track IR.

EDIT: Well after two reboots it suddenly worked but only after briefly playing another title that uses the tobii, guess for some reason I have to play another title first before it activates, seen some posy windows 11 doesnt like the tobii so maybe thats it?

EDIT: well it works for head movement but for some reason it disables half my keyboard buttons when using it......Got it back to working after alt tabing then going back in to the game so that was strange but I am liking the new boost feature for dcs movements that tobii added a few hours ago. bout the same as when I use my custom Track IR profile.
