What do I need for the throttle handle to work?

I bought the F-16EX stick and base. I also pre-ordered the F15E and see it shares the throttle handle with the F18 essentially, and the A10. So, I want to buy the handle to use with my throttle.
 
What all do I need to make this work? The handle and some sort of connector?

EDIT: I meant to say I bought the stick and throttle with the F16 handle

The handle and the finger lifts kit. It's plug and play, except for the fact you have to dismantle the detent frame for the F-16 throttle, which takes some doing.
