Heatblur F-14B nozzle animation not responding independently (external view)

When viewed externally and both throttles are in afterburner, both nozzles are open and flame is visible. When both throttles are below AB detent, both nozzles are closed and flame is not visible. **When either throttle is in AB and the other is below AB, BOTH nozzles are closed and flame is barely visible with the single engine in AB.

Thats the ATLS, it won't let you run burners on one side only regardless of throttle setting.
