Hi, guys!

I've installed the BlackShark in two computers. Naturally I've activated two times for what I would still have 6.

When I connect both computers to try the connection on line, another activation is requested to me. I click in the option "I already have an activation key" and I choose play without reactivating. No problems to connect them in this way. A couple of weeks later, one of my PC's starts to cause problems and appears this message "Checksum error" and the CMOS default settings are loaded. I check windows XP and so far I see, only the date has been modified. When I load the BS again, another activation is requested, so I repeat the action aforementioned. In my other computer (without any kind of problem) the BS request me another activation, so I do it. Therefore, 6 activations minus 4 that Starforce has requested, I still have 2. My questions are, how can I verify the activations that I still have? Whenever I reactivate do I lose one?.

Thanks in advance.

Send to activation{at}digitalcombatsimulator.com an email with account name of digitalcombatsimulator.com web site from which your Black Shark license was purchased.

I'll answer you here.

In general we had to block your S/N due to license violation. But eventually, we have decided just to warn you, because you wanted only to test functionality and it's the first such case with BS.

#3.1 LICENCE CONDITIONS:

Except as expressly set out in this Licence or as permitted by any local law, you undertake to use the Program for your own personal use, and you shall not:

(a) use the Program, or permit use of the Program, on more than one computer, computer terminal, or workstation at the same time;

Regarding your questions:

Reactivation doesn't spend an activation. Only a deactivation is spent.

The number of activations left is displayed in StarForce activation dialog after each successful activation. Also you can ask it via any DCS support mailbox.
