Since last update custom gunsight fails IC

Can anyone help out please, I really detest the poor quality reticle of the gun sight and had a lovely custom one, but since last update { Normandy 2 etc } it now fails IC...never used before then. I use JSGME to install to the mods folder, tried via the saved game folder too but that never worked.
