Status Details: 2003 : An ERROR has occurred on the Protx System. :doh: I wrote tree emails to webadmin and support and still no answer!!! So, why you don´t answer?, what happen with "the protx system", where is the Support? ThanX!!

Tez Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 In fact, I've answered you on Monday. I see 3 new emails arrived on this night from you. They are all about this issue, so I answer them here. PROTX support said that in this case: "our system was not given an authorisation code, nor was it given a decline message and as such if no response is given by the acquiring bank". It seems, your bank (card issuing bank) doesn't respond to PROTX requests. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] =653=Tez
