Virtual desktop and snapdragon upscaling (quest 2 and Pico 4)

As of 27/4/23 Virtual Desktop now offers a feature for upscaling via the snapdragon processor. This is for potato to high settings only and increases to ultra on the headset. It does not currently affect ultra or Godlike.

This is based on a new release from Qualcomm.

I've not tested it much but it appears to work quite well.

It is a bit limited. It reduces the latency and enabled good FPS but the image is quite fuzzy. I need to play with it a bit more.

I am noticing that too now I have tried it more. Hopefully it will be optimised a bit more with future updates.

Kindly remind, if you already have 3090 or above GPU on Ultra model or Godlike, could ignore this new feature as it's designed to upscale lower resolution to be on par clarity with Ultra mode.
