Trouble getting a viewport and Ikarus instruments simultaneously on a 2nd screen

I've been unable to redirect a viewport (F-5E radar) and Ikarus instruments, to a 2nd screen at the same time.

I can get one or the other but not both at the same time. Is there any "trick" to it ?
