FFB Joystick "Things to Try" walkthrough

Hi all,

does anyone know if such a document already exists?  I have spent hours on the forum picking through bits and pieces that have/haven't worked for people with their various joysticks.

Can we please have a guide, that walks you through the steps to take, and if they don't work, it likely never will?

What exactly are you looking for?
My MS FFB2 works out of the box, just have to remember to invert the axis in the FFB settings per module, in the controls settings.

yeah I've also seen MS FFB2 seems to work without issues.  What I'm after is a list of things to try, if you are having issues.

I cannot speak of other sticks, but I think all FFB sticks needs to have the FFB axis swapped under the FFB settings per module. (DCSism? )
That is if you get the stick to work in Windows obviously!
