Wingy's Recons don't all Datalink

Sorry if a repeat.

 

Wingy often calls a target but said target doesn't DL. Later, player can send wingy on a 1km recon in friendly territory and immediately a "watch Ecran" and DL follows (target in position of previous call). I ignored this for a long time because I though it had to do with terrain or lost comms. But it happens even when I have line of sight with the wingy.
