Mission 15 vcitory conditions

Good day.
Mission 15. I see in the briefing:
"Destroy main target, after that Overload orders Phantoms to hit other sites. If you still have ammo then you can hit secondary target."
I destroyed radar on main target, Overlord ordered others to attack.
I also destroyed all launchers on main site.
Returned to Krymsk.
Draw. Why?
Should I destroy everything on main target site?
Or victory depends on how Phantoms hit their targets?

But  looks like I found a way how to pass it.
You anyway have to attack secondary target.
Also - very helpful was your picture with "target" mark near Waypoint 5 because we use names of towns in the briefing and not all of them on a F10 map or in Mission Planner.
I should understand that secondary target is mandatory because when I asked wingman "Mission and RTB' he always flew to the secondary target.
Also interesting thing - I flew that mission 10+ times but only once (when I actually passed the mission) the main target soot at my wingman.
It never shoot at me but maybe because I always was low....

Thanks, and no worries, please keep posting here when you are sturggling, thanks for flying this campaign, although it's old, i'm still happy that folks are going at it. 

So, the objectives are. One radar at the first site and the two radars at the second SAM site that should be targeted by the F-4's. With all the AI changes that happened in the past 2 years, the AI behaviour changes pretty much with each update. I know they are engaging the targets eventually, but it's a matter or timing, and many times they are late, depending on where you are catching them in their orbit, and probably by the moon cycle of whatever other stelar events in the world. Taking care of business for them it's the way to go, since you are low and going towards them anyway. The AI works best in the F-5 with cover me or "mission and rejoin" but the best results i had with cover me, as they go and engage SAM's that way, since they are a threat to you. 

Once again, thanks for playing it and I'm happy for any feedback that I get. When ED will do a re-work on the F-5 I'll do a major overhaul for this campaign, pretty much re-writing it from scratch.

Thanks for  the quick response.
BTW - TACAN now works in F-5
So less navigation problems in missions.
