bumfire Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 This is the person who wishes a refund, I know ED can be a bit lax on the answering of emails, which I have previously found myself when trying to get new activations for FC, but they did answer me but it did take a couple of weeks. personally I would send an email to support@digitalcombatsimulator.com also, maybe they have replied to you but the reply went into your junk folder ??? if you havent looked there, maybe its worth a look see ? Thats about all I can suggest, if your email got to ED then they will reply to you sooner or later, maybe later rather than sooner, but they will reply to you at somepoint.
