Civilian Vessels' Icons Are NOT Rotated with vessels

The icons of civilian vessels didn't rotate with vessels.

The problem is with both Mission Editor and F10 Page.

(On F10 page, the icon of the Supply Ship wasn't rotated.)

 

(The same problem on Mission Editor.)
