cannot repoduce and missing track file Radar Problem

All of a sudden I have no radar antenna movement. Cursor works, symbology is there and radar contacts show up, I just can't adjust elevation.

What did I do? Antenna elevation control on my throttle is working fine. I know I probably screwed up something, but I just don't know what.
