Radar lookdown penalty removal

Now that F-16 and F/A-18 got their lookdown penalty for the radar removed, will we see similar for FC3?

After all their radars work on the same principle. So either no PD radar should have such a range reduction in lookdown or all of them.

Was this noted some where? I could not find it the change log.
