I recieved en e-mail from protx.com thanking me for my purchase and a reference number but no serial number. I tryed to send an e-mail to the customer support address but I have not recieved a reply.Can anyone help me out? Edited February 17, 2009 by ricksstix2
bumfire Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 I would remove your reference number if I was you, its probably ok to post it but then again you never know. The serial number is on the website, you need to login and it will show you the serial number on the site, they dont send an email to you with the serial number. 1
ricksstix2 Posted February 17, 2009 Author Posted February 17, 2009 The only number I see is a transaction number listed under payments.I tryed to activate using that as the serial number and it comes up as invalid.
