BT23 Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Hi, I own a licence for Flaming Cliffs and have 4 activations left. What happens when my activations are used, do I need to repurchase the software? What is the best way to preserve my activations if I need to reformat my drive? ps - emails to support@lockon.ru and support@lockon.co.uk are getting returned to me by the server as undeliverable. D'oh!
BT23 Posted February 19, 2009 Author Posted February 19, 2009 Don't mean to be rude but I've been trying to get this resolved for several days now if you count the emails. Anyone out there? Sorry to be a bother!
Tez Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 (edited) If you are going to reinstall Windows - there is no way to keep the activation. We do replace depleted S/Ns. When your FC S/N is depleted contact us via activation{at}lockon.ru But notice that S/N replacement is a free bonus and we provide it by our own will for trustworthy customers only. PS We haven't received a single email from you. From which mailbox provider did you send them? PPS There is no support mailboxes on lockon.co.uk domain, they're only on lockon.ru and digitalcombatsimulator.com domains. Edited February 20, 2009 by Tez [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] =653=Tez
BT23 Posted February 20, 2009 Author Posted February 20, 2009 That's great news on the activations replenishment, I'm really happy to hear that. On the email, I'm not worried about it at all, but I will provide this for you guys in case it helps you: (I've edited out my email address - provider is hotmail.) Thanks for the reply.
