Setting Low Clouds - CASE II recovery

Howdy!

I was experimenting with ME trying to get the cloud base at 1200ft MSL, so VFR penetration would not be at hand and CASE II recovery would be used. 

Cloud base slider doesn`t allow lower altitudes and I could not find the settings for dew point to fine tune it.

Is this possible? Has anyone succeeded creating a realistic CASE II recovery?

Im not sure the new preset clouds allows base setting? Certainly its there in the mission part of the miz file once saved, you could try amend there post save. Or fallback to the old clouds.
