I was thinking OLED maybe but I am having a hard time finding the right size for the UFC scratchpad. Any help would be appreciated. Edited June 21, 2023 by Lowlyslows

I'm re-thinking that idea because they won't display alphabetic characters. For the top display #1, I was trying to find a 16 x 1 lcd, but unable to find one. my second choice was a 16 x 2 lcd. I haven't looked for the lcd's for the ones located at #3.

Xpendable Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 This is exactly what I have been working on, using the TekCreations displays from their F18 UFC DIY kit for the ODU displays. Have you joined the OpenHarrier group on Facebook and/or Discord? I am still early on the build for the ODU but have made a bunch of progress. Xpendable Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 By the way, for the UFC, I found that 128x64 pixel ssd1306 OLED displays work really well. I replicated the Harrier fonts using 5 pixels to represent a dot. I found that I could use 3 of these displays for the scratchpad, and it works pretty well. You can turn them green with a filter.
