Sensitivity for the wingwin F16EX Orion 2 base

I would like to know what’s the correct sensitivity for the pitch and roll axis for the Orion 2 base from wing win as the F1 is really sensible ?

 

Why in the SimProApp, there is no F1 profile for the shake ?
