After loading weapons they dont appear in the MPD

Hi,

When I land and load new weapons or start a single mission and load weapons I can  not see the weapons above the pylon # in the MPD, thus I can't select them and employ them.

What am I doing wrong?

They have to be reloaded in the PACS.  Razbam video and manual should cover that process.  It is a feature

NOTE: also, in the real jet PACS is capable of recognizing only smart weapons loaded 
on different stations, but can’t do the same for dumb bombs which have to be manually 
added using the cartridge or A/G load page. Unfortunately, this is not simulated in the 
DCS.

When I load a single player mission that I have created with 2 x GBU-10 on each of the CFT's, only one pair of GBU-10's on the right CFT shows on the armament screen.

Yes, just observed the exact same thing when starting a mission already loaded up.
