I discovered what was wrong, I had some left over F-15 AI Planes in myy Save Games folder, I removed them, reinstalled the Razbam F15 then reinstalled, And Miraculously, Every key binding is now present!!!! It was those damn Mods!!!!! Sorry for any confusion Joe
