Strange grainy ghosting on the NavFlir

nullJust tried the NavFlir for the first time and there's a grainy ghost effect that washes over it, and moves as I change my head position.

Is it supposed to be like that?

I have this issue too. Most noticeable when zooming in and out to the hud. It passes a certain closeness and turns from clear to grainy instantly like the posted screenshot
