What MFDs and when?

Hi all

Question for any F15E pilot, WSO, SME or expert: What are the standard MFDs setup (pilot & WSO) during the different phases of a mission: start, taxi, take off, nav, fence in, AG attack, AA attack... an so on?

For example: pilot, nav phase: LMFD AA radar, RMFD HSI, Center MFD ADI. Is there a standard procedure?
