correct as is FCR Resets when markpoint

Suppose you found something with the FCR Ground Mapping mode and want to make a markpoit, when you click on the ICP MRK:

1. The FCR resets itself so you need to find the  "thing" twice.
2. The FCR goes out of SOI, and markpoit mode is set to HUD

TMS up short to designate that point BEFORE pressing ICP7(mark) and you will have FCR by default mark input source.
