HUD brightness

Hello everyone, 

I'm not sure if I'm doing wrong or not 

Assigned for HUD brightness, buttons, rotaries, axes.. tried everything 

Is not working. I need to increase / decrease the brightness, manually.. 

Could anyone please help?

If changing it manually works (and I think it does, IIRC) then there's some issues with the bindings.
