F-15E Decals - how to use?

I downloaded some of these nice "decal-skin"-things for the Strike Eagle (thanks to the creators!).

I followed the instructions where to put the decal-file, but i don't find the Skin in the game.

 

Is there a tutorial (for dummys) on how to use them? Sorry, may be i'm a little bit an idiot

same here. I guess those go to coremods, but a dummy for saved games folder would be appreciated.
