change the analogue stick to be more fps/mouse like

I want to know if it's possible to use the thumb analogue stick to look around but without it snaping back to center when i let go of it

like it would be playing an fps with a controller 

also it being a 4 way switch isn't really a good solution

With the help of VPC software It is possible to make any axis that returns to the center physically to not return to the center logically. You will need to change the  Center mode from Absolute to Relative for both ministick axis.

btw you wouldn't know why ont vpc control pannel 2 after some time it starts pressing on b40 and 42 with the landing gear by any chance ?

Hard to tell. But it looks like the landing gear sensor sensitivity needs to be "adjusted". The other day I read on VIRPIL official forums that there is a way of doing that in VPC software. So if this is a sensor issue then I suggest contacting VIRPIL support. They will tell how to do that, no doubt.
