Individual mappings for countermeasure modes

Request option to map countermeasure OFF, SNGL, MULTI, and PRGM as unique actions.

Currently we can map rotating the mode knob left or right by one click, but I have a 4 position selector knob on my controller and I'd like to map all four locations to the above.
