Are there (easy) missions, or campaigns, playable with both pilot an RIO?

I was wondering if there are some relatively easy missions, or even a full campaign, that work well to be played with a friend as RIO?

Even better if they are designed specific to be played with a RIO!

I`m interested in both payware and freeware.

I've never seen any multiplayer mission or campaign that didn't allow a RIO too, although I'm unaware of any campaigns that were designed specifically to be used with a human RIO only.
