Multiplayer F-15E STT is not detected by another Strike Eagle

So, we had a multiplayer co-op sortie, and on rejoin as I Boresight locked my flight members up, they didn't get any warnings on TEWS.

They did have F-15 NAILS (from me) when I dropped the lock and some AI-MiG-25 NAIL:s far off to the east.

no track, it's huge, but a short video here:

The problem might stem from how binary the coalitions are and how non-ambiguous IFF is. This is similar in behavior to the F-14's RWR. Modern RWRs are able to distinguish between friendly and enemy radar signals based on the data within them and it's simple in the modern world where typically the opponents are using the same aircraft as you are. So, I believe it's just the F-15E's RWR auto-filtering out radar warnings from known friendly aircraft to focus on enemy aircraft. I don't believe it's implemented correctly, but this is probably more of a DCS-ism than purely razbam as again this problem persists on the F-14 with missing friendly nails, however it will receive spike warnings from friendlies.

Yeah, something like that we also assumed.

But to not show that someone is locking you up, regardless of who it is... Well, early access is what it is.

Wondering if there has been any further clarification on this one? We have noticed the same thing flying BFM sets and radar assisted trail, though it's not a "huge" issue it does seem to me (albeit a layman's view) that it would still be pragmatic to get lock warnings from the TEWS irrespective of their likelihood of being friendly.

Hm. Now that you say it, that remembers me of a sortie I had last week. Was flying in (somewhat loose) formation with a Viper. Viper was crying because were locked (by  I think SA-2) and got launch warning. While my RWR was - clean. Some distant nails maybe. Shrugged it off as „well, maybe not close enough together“.
