ACMI Pod doesn't jettison

this guy stuck in position, despite all else jettisoning as per normal.

I think that is hard mounted to the plane.

Yes it is, we never loaded carts in the pylons for CATM's, just in case the pilot made a boo boo.  (He or she can't jett them by mistake)

But zoom in on the photo- the whole rack has gone (as it should) so the CATM should have gone with it
