Controlling ON LINE MODE

Wanted to be able to fly DCS planes offline when no wifi available so selected the OFF LINE button at top of DCS Home Screen.

instead of making plane flying offline possible, it made unavailable all my purchased planes with exception of A-4C Skyhawks.

Now when I log in a screen pops-up saying “web site not available.  Offline mode requires password and successful login to operate”.  Next, another window says, “Multi player not available.  the following DLCs are not authorized and will be disabled.”  Now can’t fly any planes I purchased.

Finally, pressing the ONLINE MODE icon again does not return me to online play.  So no longer have access to my planes.

The thread doesn't seem to be in the right section, as this section deals with VR issues.

Staying in online mode, a reboot and restarting DCS should fix the issue, pending you have a working internet connection. Otherwise, try a slow repair with DCS Updater Utility.

DCS offline play is limited to 2 planes that come with the initial installation.

You can play offline with any module.

The only things you can’t do in offline mode are you obviously can’t install modules or play online. There’s some sort of time restriction as well. Otherwise offline mode clearly does what it implies. You might want to ask in the support section if you’re having trouble.
