Low level stuttering

This is repost of what I posted on discord:

I did a mission over NTTR  and I had some extra gas so I decided to go low level and play around with the Air to Ground radar on both RBM and HRM if I brought the range down to 10nm.  I got a massive FPS drop nothing but stutters, however if I kicked the range out no problems, also at higher altitude the issue wasn't there either

OK so I tried to make a track file of the issue but I couldn't recreate it so I guess it was a one time thing
