I found several profiles in the User Files for this hotas system, but I have several problems trying to use them: first, how do I bind the throttle “analog slew” 4 way hat, since DCS doesn’t even see this hat control at all? next, one profile has the throttle “rudder paddles” being used for zoom in/out. DCS recognizes the paddles as a rudder control, but i can’t get the program to see it as the zoom. any help?

DCS recognizes the paddles as a rudder control, but i can’t get the program to see it as the zoom. any help?The "hat" is not a hat. It's a mini stick, and you need to press "axis" to configure it. That will also make you able to change to the zoom function, which is an excellent choice for the paddle on the TWCS.Pretty much everything that is not a button, (a hat is several buttons "in one"), is an axis, and needs to be configured under "axis". That goes for the throttle itself, the wheel on the left side. The stick, and the slider on it. Beware though. The twist axis will probably break, as it's just a potentiometer and not a conctless sensor, like in the throttle axis and the stick. Unfortunately the twist is not lockable, and I use the stick for targeting in modules that use a stick for that function, as I have moved on to other sticks. Cheers!
