Wiper Binds do not work

Just bound Pilot and CP/G Wiper Binds to WinWing Take Off Panel and Combat Ready Panel.  Neither of the binds work in any position, Park, Off, Hi or Lo whereas other binds for other things do work, e.g. Anti Collison/Nav Lights etc?
