Ramstein Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I have a strange problem develop with Black Shark and my X52 Pro. The 'A' button now changes from green to amber when I use it and it stays amber till I stop Black Shark. I use a known good profile that had no problems. I also have Saitek Pedals, but they probably have nothing to do with this problem. I have my LED's set to green in the Saitek control panel. I have been using Saitek sticks for at least 8 years. I have never had this problem before. Even if it would be amber and worked ok, and worked ok, it's still not right. I am/having some issues witht he command I have set on button 'A' as I use it for Auto Hover (shift mode) and target lock. I don't have any issues in other flight sims like IL-2. Only in Black Shark as far as I know. anyone know what's going on? thanx.. glottis Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 At the point at which it goes amber, do you get 'Saitek Rulezzz!!!' displayed on the MFD? From what I can tell, there's a (currently quite buggy) system for scripting the MFD and lights from within the game scripts. Once this works properly, it will be totally awesome. As it is, it makes my game crash. Anyway, the solution to your problem may be to go into your black shark folder, then bin, then stable. In there, delete (or better still, rename so you have a backup) the file called lua-direct_output.dll If this doesn't fix it, let me know :)
Ramstein Posted March 2, 2009 Author Posted March 2, 2009 It looks like removing that file may have fixed it. I read about that fix a couple months back but did not have that problem till now. thanx..
