Is there a Drag and Drop type Mod for a fully functional FARP?

Looking for a quick and easy way to create fully functional Apache FARPs on the new Siani map. Or is there a way to add it as a template somehow?  Thanks, quit modding about 3 years ago, really rusty trying to get back in.
