I took out phone and zoomed in 50X to identify it and it is clear it was a P-3: And this is what they were up to: If you watch closely youll be able to see security snipers on building tops F-16 low pass over lisbon buzzing all the Popes Audience. I didn't know a thing about it until we landed, then somebody mentioned it was some kind of 'youth festival' (?) and the Pope was there. Lot's of people.
