I will sell HAT switches of own design.

HAT is 3D printed.           

HAT can have from 2 to 5 buttons (physical buttons).

"Caps" on HAT can be any of the ones available. I can also make "caps" according to your sketch.

Adapting the site for tablets and smartphones is in my plans ... I study everything in the process of work.

Added adaptation for phones to the site, in a horizontal position everything is fine. in a vertical one, all the same, it may not fit.
