English Cockpit Option?

I was excited to try this new campaign, but when I loaded the first mission I saw that the cockpit labels were all in Cyrillic.  I have the English Cockpit option selected in the Special tab in the options menu, and in all other parts of DCS my Hind has the English labels.  Is it intentional to force the player to use the Russian-language cockpit here, or is there some way to get the English cockpit back that I'm not seeing?  I noticed when flying the original "The Border" campaign that the Mi-8 kept my English cockpit option, so I'm guessing this was unintentional here? 

 

Edit-  This seems to be a separate Mi-24 VR/MT bug, and not a campaign-specific bug:

The fix (go to ground crew menu, rearm/refuel screen, then go to a different livery and back to the original livery, then cancel out of the rearm/refuel) worked just fine for me.

Hello, thank you for your interest in the campaign.  No, this is not intentional, the campaign creator does not have such tools.  I don't know why this is happening to you.

It's bug for a lot of people with the Mi24 and MT in VR, reported and reproduced, but no fix deliery time. There is a workaround by requesting ground crew and change skin in the loadout windows (no need to validate loadout change) but someone reported in another forum it's not possible to do that with your campaign...Maybe you lock skins ?

This definitely seems to be the issue, although the fix worked just fine for me in this campaign. The ground crew menu options are grayed-out, but still work just fine when I click them, and
I could select another skin (cockpit goes back to English) and then back to the default campaign skin (cockpit then stays English).

This workaround (ask ground crew to change skins) didn't work for me - no other skins are available?

I am flying in VR/multithreaded, but I fly the Mi-24 in VR/multithreaded all the time, so it's not just that.

Tested this in different modes, and this only affects Multithreaded/VR sessions for me:

• English cockpit is not honored
• mi-24 moving map in cockpit is broken
• mi-24 mirrors are broken

But since these all work fine in Multithreaded/2D, Single-threaded/2D and Single-threaded/VR, it must be an ED bug, and not a problem with the mission or campaign.

Weird that I don't have this issue when flying the mi-24 in other single or multiplayer environments, though.
